1. UPS doesn’t deliver to P.O. boxes, and we must ship via the U.S. Postal Service.

2. The U.S. Postal Service will only provide a tracking number if the package is shipped OVERNIGHT (Express Mail).

3. That’s why we recommend that you provide a street address, as we will ship via UPS and provide you with a UPS tracking # so you can monitor your shipment.

4. If your shipment must be sent to a P.O. Box, we will ship via the U.S. Postal Service which requires 2 additional business days for shipping. And, unless you request OVERNIGHT (Express Mail), we cannot provide a shipping tracking number, and WE CANNOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY OR DELIVERY TIME FRAME.
